Topics Entertainment is set to jump into high-def next month with the Blu-ray debut of the acclaimed public television series 'Over America.'
Shot entirely in high-definition, the Emmy award-winning series has seen a number of stand-alone and box-set releases on standard-def DVD. This Blu-ray version compiles several of the show's "greatest hits" in two single disc editions, 'Over America in High-Definition' and 'Over California in High-Definition.'
Both volumes have been given a street date on Blu-ray of February 12.
Tech specs include 1080i video presented at an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 (audio specs remain TBA). There are no announced supplements.
Topics has set a suggested list price for the Blu-ray discss of $19.95 each.
