"We’re giving Bluepoint a little more time."
While 'Titanfall' hit the Xbox One and PC last week, the 360 version has again been pushed back. Much like the original push, this new date adds two weeks time. Ultimately, the Xbox 360 version of 'Titanfall' is now set for release on April 8th in North America and April 11th for Europe.
Patrick Soderlund, Executive VP at EA, "Now, I want to update everyone on Titanfall for Xbox 360 in development with Bluepoint Games. I’ve been playing the game a lot, and it is fantastic. But we see a few things that can be made even better, so we’re giving Bluepoint a little more time to do just that and deliver an epic Titanfall experience for Xbox 360 players. Titanfall for Xbox 360 will now be releasing on April 8 in North America, and beginning on April 11 in Europe. The game will feature the same 6v6 gameplay, maps, modes, weapons and Burn Cards as the Xbox One and PC versions of the game."
The Xbox One and PC versions of the game have been a runaway success, while the 360 version has been shrouded in secrecy. Now, the public wait for the 360 version has been extended for another two weeks.
From the High-Def Digest review of 'Titanfall:'
"'Titanfall' is so explosive, so surprising, so intuitive and so rewarding, in and out of the titular beasts, that you'll only ever be screaming at the screen in glee.
"We appreciate everyone’s patience as we get the last details right. See you on the Frontier."
