Node by node explanation highlights the how and why of the title's protagonist.
Ever since its E3 premier, Ubisoft's 'Watch Dogs' has captivated audiences with its world of dramatic manipulation of electronic information. Any yet, somewhere between the high concept compromised data concerns and its run-and-gun protagonist Aiden Pearce, have been stunning visuals but vague motivations.
A new trailer from Ubisoft follows Aiden Pierce through a previously revealed scenario, wherein both means and rational of the character is detailed. That detail comes from an in-game narrator under the guise of a 'CTOS Threat Monitoring Report.' Distinct from Aiden Pierce and the civil bureaucracy that he is exploiting is another unknown hacker, at one point dubbed 'PixxelFD.'
'Watch Dogs' has thus far been announced for the PC, PS3, 360, Wii U, and PS4. The game is expected before the end of the year and can be pre-ordered here.
