In an early announcement to retailers, Paramount is working to bring 'The Terminal' to Blu-ray on May 6.
After arriving at New York's JFK airport, Viktor Navorski (Hanks) gets unwittingly caught in bureaucratic glitches that make it impossible for him to return to his home country or enter the U.S. Caught up in the richly complex and amusing world inside the airport, Viktor makes friends, gets a job, finds romance and ultimately discovers America itself.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a lossless 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Booking the Flight: The Script, the Story; Waiting for the Flight: Building The Terminal; Boarding: The People of The Terminal; Take Off: Making The Terminal; In Flight Service: The Music of The Terminal; Landing: Airport Stories; Photo Gallery; and Theatrical Trailers in HD.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is set at $22.98.
