David Fincher's critically-acclaimed film about the rise of Facebook is coming to Blu-ray in January.
In an early announcement to retailers, Sony is preparing 'The Social Network' starring Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, and Justin Timberlake for Blu-ray on January 11.
The film has just been nominated for six Golden Globes including Best Drama.
The 2-disc Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, lossless audio, and two commentaries, one with Director David Fincher and another with Writer Aaron Sorkin and cast.
Blu-ray exclusives will include: How Did They Ever Make a Movie of Facebook?: a feature-length documentary in four parts; David Fincher and Jeff Cronenweth on the Visuals; Angus Wall, Kirk Baxter and Ren Klyce on Post; Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and David Fincher on the Score; Ruby Skye VIP Room: Multi-Angle Scene Breakdown; In the Hall of the Mountain King: Reznor's First Draft; and Swarmatron.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.95.
