First episode coming later this year.
Telltale Games has revealed the first footage and details of 'The Walking Dead' Season 2, and the first episode is coming soon before the end of the year and will be followed by a new episode every 4 to 6 weeks. Naturally, the new season follows 'The Walking Dead' Season 1 and '400 Days' episode, and will incorporate decisions made by players in those games. A new game of the year bundle is coming next month for those who still haven't played what many consider to be the 2012 game of the year.
From Telltale, "The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse. Left to fend for herself, she has been forced to learn how to survive in a world gone mad."
"Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad -- and sometimes worse -- than the dead?"
"As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. Your decisions and actions will change the story around you, in this sequel to 2012's Game of the Year."
The entire second season can be pre-ordered from Telltale for a bonus DVD version at the end of the season.
'The Walking Dead' Season 2 has been announced for the PC, Mac, 360, PS3 and iOS. Typically, the iOS version releases after the console and PC versions.
