Gear up for 'Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World - 3D' hitting theaters this summer with the first three films in the family franchise coming to Blu-ray this August!
In an early announcement to retailers, Lionsgate says 'Spy Kids,' 'Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams,' and 'Spy Kids 3: Game Over' are planned for Blu-ray on August 2.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez ('The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl,' 'Sin City'), the films feature star-studded casts that include Antonio Banderas ('Desperado'), Alexa Vega ('Twister') and Carla Gugino ('Sucker Punch') and feature guest appearances by Teri Hatcher (TV's "Desperate Housewives"), Steve Buscemi ('Big Fish'), Sylvester Stallone ('Rocky'), Salma Hayek ('Frida'), Elijah Wood ('The Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy') and Cheech Marin ('Cars'). Combined, these family films grossed more than $460 million worldwide.
Each Blu-ray release will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include 10 Minute Film School, deleted scenes, featurettes, and digital copies.
Suggested list price for each Blu-ray is $19.99.
