Xbox One SmartGlass and Kinect powers 'Boss Mode.'
One game that continues to surprise is 'Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare,' which looks to bring some much-needed variety to the online shooter genre. Publisher EA has shared some details regrading the Xbox One version of 'Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.'
The two different exclusive features will enable local multiplayer on the Xbox One. The first being co-op split screen, which "pits two plants against wave after wave of zombie invasion in the ultimate battle for brains."
The Xbox One version will also support 'Boss Mode.' Boss Mode is accessible through Kinect, but the demonstration of Boss Mode as controlled by Xbox One SmartGlass seems like a great way to get another player involved. "Exclusive to Xbox One Kinect and SmartGlass, you are given an overview of the battlefield and a number of abilities you can deploy to assist your team down below. You can drop spotting stations to reveal enemies for your teammates on the in-game HUD, drop healing stations to give your team a boost, unleash cherry bombs on the undead or even use the resurrection to bring back a downed ally."
