Sony has announced a November release for the controversial sci-fi fantasy 'Southland Tales.'
Filmmaker Richard Kelly's sprawling follow-up to his cult classic 'Donnie Darko,' 'Southland Tales' failed to hit with critics or audiences, but will make its Blu-ray bow on November 18 (Sony previously released the film on DVD last year).
Extras will include audio commentary by Kelly, the "USIDent TV: Surveying the Southland" featurette, a "Southland Tales: The Prequel Saga Graphic Novel" gallery, and the "This Is The Way The World Ends" animated short.
The 145-minute feature will be spread across a BD-50 dual-layer disc with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
