Sony has confirmed specs and box art for the June Blu-ray release of 'So I Married an Axe Murderer,' but dashed hopes for the last minute addition of bonus features.
As we've previously reported, Sony had alerted retailers to a June 17 Blu-ray bow for 'So I Married an Axe Murderer,' timed to coincide with the film's 15th anniversary. (The studio previously released a bare bones DVD edition in the late '90s).
Tech specs for the Blu-ray include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.
Extras remain nil, however, with not even the film's original theatrical trailer included.
The one fresh element to the Blu-ray release is the final box art, which offers a new spin on the film's original poster art:
As previously announced, Sony has set the suggested retail price at $28.95 for the Blu-ray.
