The headset packs BassImpact, which turns bass into a pulse around your ears.
Have you ever been playing a game and thought to yourself "Hey self, wouldn't it be cool if that explosion caused a vibrating pulse around my ears? The Pulse Wireless Headset – Elite Edition does just that, courtesy of a technology called BassImpact.

The new Pulse Elite Edition isn't going to be the focus of Sony's press conference – it'll be a footnote if anything. But it's a slick new headset nonetheless.
