Full specs and box art are in for '21,' which Sony will debut on Blu-ray this July with Dolby TrueHD audio and BD-Java-enabled interactive content.
As the studio first announced last month, the $90 million-grossing box office hit will hit high-def on July 22, day-and-date with single-disc and two-disc DVD editions.
Full details have now been confirmed, and the Blu-ray will enjoy all the same bonus features as the two-disc DVD, including an audio commentary with director Robert Luketic and cast, and a suite of three featurettes ("21: The Advantage Player," "Basic Strategy: A Complete Film Journal," "Money Plays: A Tour of the Good Life").
Exclusive to the Blu-ray will be a BD-Java-enabled interactive game, "Virtual Blackjack."
Just-announced tech specs include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (2.35:1) and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround tracks in English, French, and Portuguese.
Finally, Sony has released the Blu-ray box art for '21':
As previously announced, the studio has set the suggested retail price at $38.95.
As always, you'll find final specs for '21' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under July 22.
