Just in time for Independence Day, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will bring 'Wild Things,' 'Flatliners' and 'The Patriot' to Blu-ray.
Due in stores on July 3, Sony will issue the trash classic 'Wild Things' in an unrated version "too steamy for the theaters," as well as present 'The Patriot' in an extended cut first seen on the standard-def DVD release.
The studio has not yet issued supplemental details for any of the titles. However, all are listed as BD-50 dual-layer releases, so we expect at least some if not all of the extras that graced their standard-def counterparts.
Tech specs include Sony's usual 1080p transfers and uncompressed PCM 5.1 surround tracks. Watch for further video and audio details to be released in the days ahead.
Sony has set a suggested list price of $28.95 for each title.
We've added the latest specs for 'Wild Things,' 'Flatliners' and 'The Patriot' to our Blu-ray Release Schedule, under July 3. Stay tuned.
