Hoo-wah! Two Al Pacino catalog titles are getting the Blu-ray treatment in June. They'll be starin' right out at ya, like secret, searchlights...
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal will be releasing Harold Becker's 'Sea of Love' on Blu-ray on June 5.
Pacino stars as Detective Frank Keller who is investigating a series of murders and becomes involved with a woman (Ellen Barkin) who may be the culprit.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include The Creation of Sea of Love and a Commentary with director Harold Becker.
Martin Brest's 'Scent of a Woman' will also be available on the same date.
Charlie Simms (Chris O'Donnell) is a prep school student who needs money and agrees to "babysit" a blind veteran (Al Pacino in his Academy Award-winning role), but the job is not at all what he anticipated.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and no supplements have been announced.
Suggested list price for the Blu-rays is $19.98.
