Five genre flicks are heading to Blu-ray later this year.
In an early announcement to retailers, Scream Factory is preparing 'Contamination .7,' 'The Vampire,' 'I Bury the Living,' 'Invasion of the Bee Girls,' and 'The Naked Cage' for Blu-ray in spring/summer 2017.
'Contamination .7' (a.k.a. The Crawlers) - People from a small town are attacked by evil radioactive tree roots growing in the forest.
'The Vampire' - A small town doctor mistakenly ingests an experimental drug made from the blood of vampire bats which transforms the kindly medic into a bloodthirsty monster.
'I Bury the Living' - Cemetery director Robert Kraft discovers that by arbitrarily changing the status of plots from empty to occupied on the planogram causes the death of the plots' owners.
'Invasion of the Bee Girls' - A powerful cosmic force is turning Earth women into queen bees who kill men by wearing them out sexually.
'The Naked Cage' - A young woman is falsely convicted of a bank robbery and sent to a maximum-security prison run by a corrupt warden, where she is forced to suffer various indignities.
Specs, supplements, and suggested list prices have not been detailed yet.
