In an early announcement to retailers, Raro Video is bringing 'Violent Life' to Blu-ray in late 2014.
A young thug develops a social conscience during a spell in the hospital, but after it motivates him to rescue a prostitute from drowning, he contracts tuberculosis and is forced to rethink his future. Directed by Paolo Heusc and Brunello Rondi. Based on the novel written by Pier Paolo Pasolini ('Trilogy of Life,' 'Salo: Or the 120 Days of Sodom'). Starring Franco Citti, Serena Vergano, and Enrico Maria Salerno.
