With specialty audio and video retailers on the decline, PS Audio is now selling its goods online.
The retail environment used to be a much friendlier place for A/V specialty shops with high-end gear and personal service, but those places have been closing their doors in recent years. PS Audio says that this, in combination with an increase in unauthorized retailers, has driven the company to sell its products online, directly to the consumer.
"It’ll be great for customers not close to one of our brick and mortar retailers," says PS Audio CEO Paul McGowan. "I am most excited for our customers who now have more choices and more freedom to choose from retailers they can trust."
PS Audio's new online store also gives customers the chance to test out some products. The company has a 30 day no-obligations return policy that includes free FedEx shipping both ways. If you find that something isn't a great fit for you, you can send it back absolutely free.
