New Line has unveiled specs for 'Semi-Pro,' which will hit Blu-ray this June as a two-disc set with extensive bonus features and high-def exclusive content.
As we've previously reported, New Line issued an early announcement for a June 3 bow for the Will Ferrell sports comedy, due day-and-date with the standard DVD.
Full specs are now in for the "Let's Get Sweaty" two-disc Blu-ray edition, which will share several supplements with the standard DVD, including four featurettes ("Love Me Sexy? The Story Behind the One-Hit Wonder," "Recreating the American Basketball Association (ABA)," "Four Days in Flint," "The Man Behind 'Semi-Pro,'" additional behind-the-scenes footage with Bob Costas, Bill Wilton, and "Dick Pepperfield," a "Love Me Sexy" music video, and theatrical teasers and trailers.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray will be "Brill Walton Visits the Set" bonus footage, and the "Super Agility Trainer" interactive BD-Java game.
The BD-50 dual-layer presentation will feature 1080p/VC-1 video, English DTS-HD 7.1 Surround audio, and additional Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround EX and 2.0 Surround options.
Finally, New Line has provided a high-res look at the Blu-ray's cover art:
As previously announced, New Line has set the suggested retail price at $39.98.
