Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced it will bring the collegiate comedy 'Van Wilder' to Blu-ray this July in a spicy new Unrated version.
Featuring additional footage too hot for theaters, Lionsgate will debut the National Lampoon flick in a feature-laden Blu-ray special edition on August 21.
Among the extensive extras is an "Idiot Kommentary," multiple featurettes, deleted scenes, bloopers, an interactive quiz, music video and more.
Tech specs are also impressive, with a 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 transfer and no less than a full-blown uncompressed PCM 7.1 surround track (an optional Dolby Digital Surround EX mix will also be included).
Lionsgate has set a $29.95 list price for the release.
We've added full specs including box art for 'National Lampoon's Van Wilder' to our Blu-ray Release Schedule, under August 21.
