Lionsgate has announced an early-June arrival for the fourth season of the Emmy-winning Showtime series, 'Weeds.'.
Following on the heels of previous next-gen releases of all three seasons of the hit show, Lionsgate will bring 'Weeds: Season Four' to Blu-ray on June 2, day-and-date with the standard DVD. (The Mary-Louise Parker "pot" comedy is currently the only TV series to enjoy all of its seasons available on high-def.)
Tech specs for 'Season Four' include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and uncompressed PCM 7.1 Surround audio.
Among the bonus features are commentaries with cast and crew, a new making-of featurette, and gag reel.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray are picture-in-picture track versions of the cast & crew commentaries.
As with previous Blu-ray season sets of 'Weeds,' Lionsgate has set a suggested retail price of $39.99 for the 'Season Four' Blu-ray.
You'll find specs for 'Weeds: Season Four' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under June 2.
