Lionsgate has unveiled specs and box art for 'Witless Protection,' which will hit Blu-ray this June with multiple next-gen exclusives.
Lionsgate first announced the Larry the Cable Guy comedy for a June 10 Blu-ray premiere (day-and-date with the standard DVD), and has now issued the full media release, which confirms a PCM 7.1 audio and a batch of exclusive extras.
Extras shared between both versions include a suite of three featurettes ("Making Witless: 'The Cast on the Cast,'" "Larry's Use of the Analogy," "The Musicians of Witless Protection").
Exclusive to the Blu-ray is an additional featurette ("A Cast of Critters"), the "Die Laughing!" Blooper Reel, and deleted & extended scenes.
Tech specs boast 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 7.1 Surround audio.
Finally, the studio has issued a high-res look at the Blu-ray box art for 'Witless Protection':
As previously announced, Lionsgate has set a suggested retail price of $39.98 for the Blu-ray.
