Next-gen versions carry a $10 premium.
'Lego The Hobbit,' the Lego title which covers the events of the first two 'Hobbit' movies, is coming soon. April 8th is the current release date. This latest Lego title is coming to a bevy of platforms, but where the 360, PS3, and Wii U check in at $49.99, the Xbox One and PS4 versions are priced at $59.99.
This pricing comes in the same week that where Konami dropped the $10 premium on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of 'Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.'
Also announced this week is a 'Lego The Hobbit PS3 Bundle,' which bundles the 'Lego The Hobbit' and a 500GB PS3 Super Slim for $269.
From Sony, "The PS3 bundle is perfect for gamers of all ages. You can join Bilbo, Gandalf, and Thorin Oakenshield’s Company of Dwarves as they journey across Middle-earth on an epic quest to reclaim the lost Kingdom of Erebor from the Dragon Smaug. Visit some of the film trilogy’s most iconic locations, including The Shire, Rivendell, and the Misty Mountains, where Bilbo first meets Gollum and discovers The One Ring. Along the way, you can test your mettle with Treasure Quests, mine for gems, discover loot from enemies and craft powerful magical items. The game offers a different take on The Hobbit film universe, infusing the legendary journey with the familiar humorous gags we have come to love from LEGO games, as well as the ability to build immense new LEGO structures."
