Gold and black 3DS might be an instant collector's item.
Few franchises can count on a fan base as large as 'The Legend of Zelda' fan base, and the newest title, 'The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds' is poised to be one of the most eagerly anticipated 'Zelda' titles in a decade. The 3DS title is a sequel to the SNES classic, and for fans the November 22nd release date cannot come soon enough.
To celebrate and capitalize on the popularity of the new 'Zelda' title, Nintendo will be releasing a special gold and black 3DS XL emblazed with a Triforce design and bundled with a download code for the game. Nintendo knows that many fans will become first-time 3DS purchasers, while others will take the opportunity to step up to a XL version of the 3DS.
The bundle is due on November 22nd, and will likely join the list of 'Zelda' related collector's items that are hard to come by.
