The independent movie about independent games has picked up an accolade at the biggest independent film festival around.
'Indie Game: The Movie' is a documentary that's all about, if you couldn't guess, indie games. It follows the creators of games like 'Super Meat Boy,' 'Braid' and the upcoming 'FEZ.' It's been in the works for over a year and was created by two first time filmmakers. It's also pulled in a significant honor at the Sundance Film Festival - Best Editing.
"Sooo, last night was kinda the best night ever...," write James and Lisanne, the pair behind the movie. "When we started this project, we had no idea it would evolve and progress to the point of taking us up on stage at the Sundance Film Festival."
This honor should help things along for 'Indie Game: The Movie' and, hopefully, get it released theatrically in a less limited capacity.
