Vanguard Cinema has announced its latest high-def release, bringing the indie film 'Animal Room' to HD DVD this April.
Starring Neil Patrick Harris and Matthew Lillard, the dark crime thriller 'Animal Room' saw only a limited theatrical release back in 1995 but has since amassed a small cult following on video. First released on standard-def DVD back in 2001, Vanguard has set an April 22 street date for the HD DVD.
At press time, no tech specs or supplemental details were available for 'Animal Room,' aside from word that the disc will feature a "Director's Cut" version of the flick with a runtime of 98 minutes.
Suggested retail for the HD DVD will be $29.95.
You'll find preliminary disc details for 'Animal Room' linked from our HD DVD Release Schedule, where it's indexed under April 22.
