Fox Home Entertainment is bringing the Tom Hanks smash 'Big' to Blu-ray in early-May.
The film that cemented Hanks star status, Fox has alerted retailers that it will release the Penny Marshall-directed hit comedy on Blu-ray May 5.
Tech specs will see the film's 130-minute extended version presented in 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (2.35:1) and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround audio.
There's no word yet on extras, but look for a package comparable to the standard DVD release. Stay tuned.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.95.
