In an early announcement to retailers, Fox will bring the gritty crime flick 'Street Kings' to Blu-ray this August.
Starring Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker, 'Street Kings' caused barely a ripple at the domestic box office this past Winter, but it will get another shot when Fox releases the David Ayer-directed pic on August 19 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
Tech specs for 'Street Kings' include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (2.35:1) and a DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround soundtrack.
According to early retailer details, there are no supplement specs available as of yet. The official media announcement is expected shortly, however, so stay tuned.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.98.
As always, you'll find the latest specs for 'Street Kings' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under August 19.
