Both films will be released in one Blu-ray box set this November!
Disney/Buena Vista has officially announced 'Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 (2-Film Collection)' for a Blu-ray release on November 30.
Both 'Fantasia' and 'Fantasia 2000' on Blu-ray will be presented in digitally remastered 1080p video (their original aspect ratios) and 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The third and fourth discs in the set are DVD versions of the films.
Supplements for 'Fantasia' include DisneyView, Disney Family Museum, The Schultheis Notebook - newly discovered document reveals movie secrets, Interactive Art Gallery, and audio commentaries.
'Fantasia 2000' includes Destino - 2003 animated short debuting on Blu-ray, audio commentaries, Dali and Disney - a date with Destino documentary, Musicana - Walt's inpiration for a sequel, and Disney's Virtual Vault - BD-Live.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray set is still undetermined at this time.
