The Academy Award nominee for Best Picture is planned for Blu-ray at the end of March.
In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers is set to release 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close' on Blu-ray on March 27.
The powerful drama set one year after the September 11th terrorist attacks is based on Jonathan Safran Foer's 2006 novel and stars Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock, Thomas Horn, and Max von Sydow in his Academy Award nominated role for Best Supporting Actor.
The Blu-ray/DVD/Ultraviolet Digital Copy combo pack will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Making Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Finding Oskar, Ten Years Later, and Max von Sydow: Dialogues with The Renter.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray set is $29.98.
