In a late-breaking announcement, Eros Entertainment says the Bollywood hit 'Heyy Babyy' is due on Blu-ray this week.
Dubbed the Bollywood version of 'Three Men and a Baby,' 'Heyy Babyy' marks the debut high-def release from Eros, one of the leading DVD distributors of Indian cinema.
"The proven Blu-ray technology has allowed us to take our films to new heights, fully utilizing the larger capacity and interactive capabilities for an incredible all-new consumer experience," commented Sunil Lulla, President of Eros International India.
According to specs provided by Eros, the 145-minute film is presented on a BD-50 dual-layer disc in 1080p video and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround audio.
Extras include the documentary "Making the Babyy," along with audio commentary with the filmmakers.
The 'Heyy Babyy' Blu-ray is currently available through www.erosentertainment.com for $24.95. The company says the movie will also be available shortly in retail outlets throughout the United States and other international territories.
