The Doctor (Matt Smith) and his companion (Karen Gillan) return to Blu-ray this July.
In an early announcement to retailers, BBC/Warner will be releasing 'Doctor Who: Series Six, Part 1 on the high-definition format on July 19.
The set includes the first seven episodes of the sixth series with Part 2 available on Blu-ray in early November. Note that a complete series gift set in the works just in time for the holiday season.
Specs have yet to be revealed for the 2-disc set, but supplements will include Monster files - Get under the skin and inside the minds of the new Doctor’s most challenging opponents - The Silence and Gangers.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $29.98.
