Bonus supplements have now been revealed for the Blu-ray release of Wes Craven's 1982 fantasy-horror film arriving this August.

As previously reported, Scream Factory says 'Swamp Thing' is coming to Blu-ray on August 6.

Deep in the Florida everglades, a brilliant scientist, Dr. Alec Holland (Ray Wise), and a sexy government agent, Alice Cable (Adrienne Barbeau), have developed a secret formula that could end world hunger. Little do they know, however, that their arch nemesis, Arcane (Louis Jourdan), is plotting to steal the serum for his own selfish schemes. Looting the lab and kidnapping Cable, Arcane douses Holland with the chemicals and leaves him for dead. Mutated by his own formula, Holland becomes "Swamp Thing" - a half-human/half-plant superhero who will stop at nothing to rescue Cable and defeat Arcane...even if it costs him his life!

Specs have yet to be revealed, but the Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack will only feature the 91-minute U.S. theatrical cut of the film (and not the 93-minute unrated cut due to legal issues) and supplements will include: New Audio commentary with writer/director Wes Craven; New Interviews with actress Adrienne Barbeau, Makeup Effects artist Bill Munn, co-creator Len Wein and actor Reggie Batts; Theatrical Trailer; and Photo Galleries.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $26.99.
