In an pre-announce to retailers, Lionsgate has set an early-June bow for the Jessica Alba chiller 'The Eye.'
A remake of the Hong Kong cult hit 'Jian Gui,' 'The Eye' scared up over $30 million at the domestic box office this past winter. Lionsgate will debut the Blu-ray on June 3, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
The studio has yet to issue tech specs or supplement details, but says the full media release is due in the days ahead, so watch this space.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.98.
