Sure it's overkill, but you've got to admit, this is pretty cool.
800 square feet isn't a lot of space to work with, especially when setting up a home theater. One doctor in New York made it work though. He created a man cave for himself in an apartment that's directly next to his office. In fact, he even has a keypad that lets him go in through a hidden entrance hidden in his bookshelf – how cool is that?
The main room is a theater with a pair of 55" Samsung TVs hidden behind Vutec Art Screens, but the highlight is a 106" projection screen with a picture provided by a Wolf Cinema SDC-15 projector. Of course, that's not all.
The apartment also features a hot tub and steam room, both of which are equipped with zoned audio controllable by a weatherproof remote. Oh, and both the shower and toilet respond to the remote. Overkill? Sure. Awesome? Definitely.
