We’ve got an eclectic mix of movies and shows that we’re saying goodbye to on Netflix this week, including Michael Bay’s finest achievement.<\/p>\n

The Rock (12\/18)<\/h5>\n

Just a year after being honored for his amazing “Got Milk?\/Aaron Burr” commercial<\/a>, Michael Bay directed his best work. ‘The Rock<\/a>‘ stars Nicholas Cage, Sean Connery and Ed Harris in an incredibly fun movie about chemical weapons. It also features a great score by Hanz Zimmer, who went on do music for movies like ‘Black Hawk Down’, ‘Gladiator’, and the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ films. (Read Blu-ray review<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Sense and Sensibility (12\/18)<\/h5>\n

What, just because I’m into sci-fi and action movies, I can’t enjoy a good flick based on a Jane Austen book? ‘Sense and Sensibility<\/a>‘ stars some great actors like Kate Winslet, Alan Rickman and Tom Wilkinson – one of my favorites. As a special bonus, it was directed by Ang Lee before that whole ‘Hulk’ incident.<\/p>\n

Charles in Charge (12\/19)<\/h5>\n

If you’ve never seen ‘Charles in Charge<\/a>‘, the explanation is simple. There’s a new boy in the neighborhood who lives downstairs and it’s understood. He’s there to take good care of me, like he’s one of the family. Okay, not me, but some kids.
