Another week into 2014 brings us a re-release for one game not even a year old, plus one more that’s nearly 20-years-old. Come have a look at all of this week’s promising videogame releases.

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (Xbox One, PS4)<\/h5>\n

For the ‘Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition<\/a>‘, Square Enix has added a few multiplayer DLC items to last March’s 360\/PS3\/PC release. Then, more importantly, Crystal Dynamics oversaw a visual retouching of the game for the two new consoles, including a different Lara model (in-game asset-wise), new lighting and weather FX, and other eye-candy touches. Since the game, a reboot of ‘Tomb Raider’ with ‘Uncharted’ cinema and gameplay stylings, is enjoyable (if unfortunately gritty and brutally violent), and since the new consoles are shy of new releases, this $60 reissue should be another hit despite not having any new content.<\/p>\n
