Did Santa bring you all the Blu-rays you wanted for Christmas? What, no? Well, let&#8217;s see if we can fix that by offering you the chance to win &#8216;Kung Fu Panda 2&#8217; on Blu-ray. Doesn&#8217;t that sound like a good idea? I thought so! Read on after the break for all the instructions on how to enter.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>First things first, congratulations to &#8220;Random Commenter&#8221; for winning our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highdefdigest.com\/blog\/happy-holidays-2011\/\">pre-contest contest<\/a> by correctly guessing the title of the disc we&#8217;d be giving away. You&#8217;ve already won our first copy.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of you, fret not. Thanks to our friends at Dolby Labs, we have two additional copies of &#8216;Kung Fu Panda 2&#8217; to also give away. Each is a 2-disc <em>Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy<\/em> combo pack, so you&#8217;ll be covered no matter how or where you (or your kids) want to watch the movie. In his <a href=\"https:\/\/bluray.highdefdigest.com\/4508\/kungfupanda2.html\">review of the Blu-ray<\/a>, Aaron rated the disc with perfect 5-star scores for both its stunning video and rocking Dolby TrueHD 7.1 soundtrack. That&#8217;s easy. We&#8217;re going to do this one as a <strong>haiku contest<\/strong>. (Yes, I know that kung fu is Chinese and haiku is Japanese, but go with it anyway.) To win the prize, you must come up with a creative &#8216;Kung Fu Panda&#8217;-themed haiku in the standard 5-7-5 format. That means 5 syllables in the first line, 7 syllables in the second line, and another 5 syllables in the third line. For example:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\nFat bear leaps through air<br \/>\nWith athletic grace. Too bad<br \/>\nGravity&#8217;s a bitch\n<\/p>\n<p>The winners will be chosen at our own subjective discretion based on whichever responses we enjoy the most. As mentioned earlier, we have two copies of the Blu-ray to give away.<\/p>\n<p>Entries are limited to <strong>10 haikus per person<\/strong>. That should give you plenty of opportunity to craft a good submission, but will also help us to avoid any potential appearance of awarding prizes based on volume rather than quality. <\/p>\n<p>This contest is only open to entrants from the domestic United States. We will not ship internationally (whether you&#8217;re a U.S. citizen or not). Employees of High-Def Digest or Internet Brands and their families are not eligible. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highdefdigest.com\/contestrules.html\">Standard contest rules and conditions apply.<\/a> People who have won any of our previous contests within the past one year are also not eligible to win, but may get Honorable Mentions. <\/p>\n<p>The deadline for entry is this <strong>Friday, December 30th<\/strong>.
