All of which utilize the Ultra Thin Bezel design and magnetic grilles, for optimum aesthetics.
KEF’s latest In-Wall speakers are designed with a strong focus on looks, and incorporate several different design elements to account for this. An Ultra Thin bezel and the addition of magnetic grilles means that you’ll be able to install the speakers without interrupting the look of the room.
The speakers utilize the Uni-Q driver array, which puts the tweeter right in the middle of the woofer so as to focus sound sources and better disperse the sound throughout the room. “We have incorporated over 50 years of research and design into making our Ci Series one of the best architectural loudspeaker solutions on the market,” says product manager David Kroll. “With unobtrusive design and KEF's renowned audio quality, installers can feel confident knowing the Ci Series will deliver aesthetically and acoustically.”
There are a total of 11 new in-wall speakers from KEF – four rectangular and seven square. Each speaker is sold separately and prices range from $179 on up to $249.

KEF Introduces R Series Loudspeakers
Tue Sep 06, 2011 at 10:00 AM ETTags: KEF, Loudspeakers (all tags)
The latest from KEF are designed to make high-end sound affordable.
A trend that we've been seeing a lot of recently is the production of less expensive speakers by high end makers. KEF is no exception, and endeavors to bring audiophile sound to those who would previously be unable to afford it.
The R series is made of nine speakers - two floorstanding, two bookshelf, two center channels, two surrounds and a 500 watt subwoofer. They all boast a similar black and aluminum style, with the subwoofer in particular embracing the look.
KEF says that their new Uni-Q MF/HF driver array keeps the midrange sounding like it should. The midrange drivers use magnesium/aluminum alloy cones and a decoupled aluminum chassis. Tweeter design is borrowed from the KEF Blade.
The KEF R Series will be available in October 2011.

KEF Introduces New Flat Panel Speaker Systems
Mon Nov 22, 2010 at 12:00 PM ETTags: KEF, Speakers (all tags)
The company promises audiophile quality out of their unconventional speakers.
You've got a nice thin flat screen television mounted on your wall, so why shouldn't your speakers match? The T-series from KEF is designed to do just that.
The speakers pack a pair of innovations from KEF – an ultra low profile bass/midrange driver and a large fully-vented tweeter. Both of these are integrated into cabinets just 35mm deep. That’s less than an inch and a half of depth.
One of the more interesting features of the KEF T-series is the Selecta-mount system. Using an internal connecting system, the crossover of your speakers will automatically be adjusted depending on how you've mounted them.
Full systems start at $1,499 for a package including four satellites, one center channel and one sub. Both large and small satellite speakers are available separately, but the T-2 subwoofer is not.
