Mewtwo deadline is the end of March.
When Nintendo firmed up release plans for 'Super Smash Bros.' for the Wii U, the big N announced a special Club Nintendo promotion. For those that register (through Club Nintendo) both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game before January 13th, Nintendo will send a free double CD soundtrack set. That means today is the last day. Naturally, many have likely bought one or both games, but haven't yet got around to registering the Club Nintendo codes found in the disc liners.
The other offer is for free Mewtwo character DLC. For those that register both copies by March 31st, DLC character Mewtwo will be free for both the Wii U and 3DS. (Registering before January 13th gets users both the soundtrack set and Mewtwo.)
Nintendo announced the promotion in the fall, and following a series of rumors, clarified that Mewtwo will be available for purchase as add-on content in the future.
