Transform, drive over, punch an enemy, shoot another, transform...
When Activision announced that renowned action game developer, PlatinumGames would be developing 'Transformers: Devastation,' the expectation was that the game better has some smooth action. Of course, with the cell-shaded look of IP's best incarnations, expectations were also that the game needed to look good.
In the latest look at the game, which includes some commentary from the developers, it's hard not to drool a bit over this 'Transformers' dream come true.
To be clear, this is the 'Transformers Generations' universe, and players will have the choice of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Wheeljack, and Grimlock to enter into the PlatinumGames freestyle 3D combat. (And that's not counting preorder skins like Red Alert.) The game has its own Transformers story to tell via campaign, but it will also have 50 bonus levels for players to enjoy. In PlatinumGames fashion, there will be five levels of difficulty to suit different kinds of intensity.
