One week in.
Since today is practically lost to April Fools fluff, we turn to March 31st. Yesterday, Sony and From Software released 'Bloodborne' (review here) patch 1.02, which introduces a number of fixes. The two major fixes included involve the Frobidden Woods Summoning Lunarium Key bug, which means players can now summon and progress without a game-breaking fear, and the item duplication exploit. While patch 1.01 introduced online play as part of a day one roll-out, patch 1.02 is the first real post-release support from the developer. Further patches and tweaks are expected. It's worth noting that this new patch has nothing to do with the painful load time encountered whenever leaving the Hunter's Dream.
