Plus, plenty of gameplay if you're on the edge.
Square Enix's highly anticipated role-playing game 'Final Fantasy XV' is now available in stores. It's been a long road for the game that was originally 'Final Fantasy XIII Versus,' but now players can finally experience what they've waited a decade for. In order to celebrate this occasion, the Japanese publisher put out a live-action launch trailer. It's a pretty awesome watch and features Florence + The Machine's cover of "Stand By Me."
Check it out below:
Alongside the live-action launch trailer, 'Final Fantasy XV's director also sent out a message to the fans. "Final Fantasy has a special place in the hearts of many and the team who worked long and hard on this project couldn’t be prouder to present 'Final Fantasy XV' to fans around the world," said Hajime Tabata. "Today, we invite not only longtime fans but a new generation of gamers to a series beloved thanks to the engaging story telling, unique characters and captivating worlds that have become the hallmark of 'Final Fantasy' over the years."
If the game's lengthy development cycle finally coming to a close isn't enough to excite fans, Square Enix also put out a launch trailer called 'Ride Together.' This video features a ton of gameplay, and gives a great taste of what the game offers.
Whether you believe it or not, 'Final Fantasy XV' is available now on PS4 and Xbox One.
