And two DualShock4s required to use two PS3 fight sticks.
NetherRealm's 'Mortal Kombat X' drops tomorrow, and for those looking to see the game in action, Sony has dropped a very a enlightening PlayStation Underground video available below that shows actual match action.
But what needs to made clear here is that 'Mortal Kombat X' on the PS4 does support USB PS3 fight sticks. The important caveat is that players will still need to have a DualShock4 connected (wirelessly) in order to use a PS3 fight stick. That shouldn't be an issue for single plyaer or online play as all PS4 owners should have a DualShock4 on hand.
The trouble may be when playing local versus and using two PS3 fight sticks. In such a case, players will need to have two DualShock4s, one for each PS3 fight stick.
'Mortal Kombat X' is the highest profile fighter yet to allow the use of PS3 fightsticks on the PS4, but hopefully it won't be the last.
