The world of 'ARK' is getting turned upside down.
It seems like every week, Studio Wild card announces something new for 'ARK: Survival Evolved.' Meanwhile, several games are having special events in recognition of Halloween (just today testing the Elite Controller in 'Destiny' I collected candy and Halloween masks). For 'ARK,' the entire world is temporarily changing from 'Survival Evolved' to 'Fear Evolved.' With the change comes a spooky world full of bats, tame-able Zomdodos and re-animated Skelesaurs. There will also be the DodoRex, which presumably will garner players with a DodoRex Mask.
The 'Fear Evolved' content will be available for the next week, and includes zombie dinos, scarecrows, pumpkin carving, discount code carrying Candy-Corns, hats, masks, costumes, and spider saddles. (Yes, spider saddles, which are used for riding spiders.)
'ARK: Survival Evolved' is in Early Access on PC and is coming to both the Xbox One and PS4 next year. The Halloween event features Candy Corn loot drops which can contain discount codes for the PC version. (So anyone looking to get the game should get a current player to get them a Candy Corn discount code.)
