Level 33 raid may be the only new thing for awhile.
That's right, it's another news post about 'Destiny.' This time though, we've got the closest thing to new game content that 'Destiny' players may seem for a while. With a tentative start date of Wednesday, January 21st at 10am PT, the Hard Mode for Crota's End will open. (It might not open exactly at 10am, but instead, "soon after.") Once it launches, players will need to go the moon and set Crota's End to Level 33.
With the opening of the hard mode of the second raid, players will have chance to score some new primary weapons as well as a new ship, the Bane of the Gods, and of course, a new shader, Glowhoo (woo!).
The Tuesday prior, Bungie will drop Update 1.1.0.4
Now as for those Hard Raid primary weapons. All of these new weapons can reach a Maximum Attack of 331
There's the Abyss Defiant,
the Fang of Ir Yut,
Oversoul Edict,
and the Word of Crota.
There's also the Crux of Crota, the final piece required to make the Eidolon Ally/ Husk of the Pit to its final form, the Necrochasm Exotic Auto Rifle.
Good luck to all those Raid Groups who have been eagerly awaiting this content. The launch date comes roughly six weeks after the launch of 'The Dark Below.'
