November release in North America.
Kadokawa Games' investigative visual novel 'Root Letter' is now available in Europe. The PlayStation 4 and Vita visual novel has the player attempting to solve the disappearance of the player's former pen pal Fumino Aya. This all occurs after a letter is delivered 15 years late, and the player discovers that Aya was involved in a murder. While the detective game is only currently available in Europe, North American fans won't have to wait very long to play, as it's out November 10th.
'Root Letter' will allow players to visit actual locations in Japan's Shimane prefecture, as they interview people for clues. The visual novel features a significant amount of production value, as the artwork in the game was drawn by artist Minoboshi Taro, while the soundtrack was composed by Takashi Nitta. Fans of the anime 'Ranma' will also be happy to know that voice actor Noriko Hidaka plays the lead role.
