Tamriel hits a new generation of consoles.
'Skyrim Special Edition,' the next-generation remaster of the fifth Elder Scrolls title, hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC at the end of this week, and a fresh gameplay trailer is giving series fans a couple of new scenes to show off how the game has changed since the original release five years ago.
While some scenes you might recognize from the remaster's reveal at E3 2016, this most recent trailer also includes new scenes that show, for example, how kill shots, third-person play, and the iconic aurora of Skyrim's night sky look on current hardware.
In addition to the polished graphics, the special edition includes all three of the game's expansion packs and unlocks PC mod capability on consoles.
You can catch the trailer below.
