But will the PS4 and Xbox One eventually see a 'Rogue' release?
Ubisoft's onslaught of 'Assassin's Creed' means two entries this holiday period, the current-gen & PC only 'Assassin's Creed Unity' and the 360 and PS3 only 'Assassin's Creed Rogue.' There's just one new wrinkle with that strategy, 'Assassin's Creed Rogue' is now announced as coming to PC in 2015. Considering how popular the franchise is, and the popularity of PS4 and Xbox One releases and re-releases, can a PS4 and Xbox One version be all that far off? Come February and March 2015, when releases are down to a trickle, or even next July, will Ubisoft relent with a current-gen port?
Details such as price, content, system requirements for the PC version of 'Assassin's Creed Rogue' haven't yet been announced, but users should expect the Uplay component.
For now, here's a new trailer on the story, which should help to illustrate whether the game is worth all the intrigue.
