Only three days left.
As the 'Destiny' beta continues, Bungie is once again opening up The Iron Banner, a multiplayer arena that takes into account the power ratings on your equipped armor and weapons. Normally, the Crucible, which serves as the primary multiplayer component, levels the playing field by default. This is the first time Xbox One and Xbox 360 players will have access to the high-stakes shootouts.
Victory in The Iron Banner earns you special gear, but be quick, because it's only open for two hour stretches at a time. On both Firday and Saturday, the Iron Banner is open from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
Bungie has also consistenly teased some sort of special event containing permenant rewards for July 26, Saturday, and confirmed the reopening of The Iron Banner is not that event. More details on that soon.
The beta ends on July 27. 'Destiny' releases in full for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3 on Sept. 9.
You can find the latest info on 'Destiny' linked from our Video Game Release Schedule.
