End of an era.
'Call of Duty: Black Ops III's fourth expansion will be released next month. Called 'Salvation,' the downloadable content will feature four new multiplayer maps for players to battle on called Outlaw, Citadel, Rupture, and Micro. It's the final expansion for Treyarch's first-person shooter (check out our review), and will cost players $14.99, or $49.99 if they want to purchase the season pass. It will be available September 6th for PS4 owners, while PC and Xbox One players will have to wait an extra month.
'Salvation' will also mark the end of Treyarch's Zombies storyline that began in 2008's 'Call of Duty: World at War.' The finale of Zombies is called Revelations, and it has the four heroes (Richtofen, Dempsey, Takeo, and Nikolai) finally meeting Dr. Monty. Find out what it has in store for players by watching the new trailer that Activision put out today.
'Salvation' is the final expansion for 'Black Ops III' and will be available September 6th on PlayStation 4. The next game in the series, 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare,' is set to release November 4th, 2016.
'Call of Duty: Black Ops III' is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
